To assist executives in a professional manner to ensure that the executives can efficiently carry out daily work; The position holder should possess exceptional communications skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with frequent interruptions, and to work productively in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization.
1.Manage the executive’s daily email management. Collecting and summarizing all information and as well as report to executives.
2.Facilitate smooth communications between relevant stakeholders – including team leaders and vendors.
3.Handle confidential information (such as meeting minutes) and maintain the security of the executive’s records and files.
4.Prepare meeting documents and presentation materials; answer inquiries and phone calls; arrange and attend meetings, taking and distributing minutes.
5.Organize the logistics of external visits for executives and prepare relative documents (e.g., background information, drawings, schedule, etc.)
6.Perform other tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS
?Knowledge of interior decoration business and project management skills is a preferred plus.
?High-proficiency in spoken and written English.
?MS Office is a must, especially on PPT and Word skills.
?Maturity to deal with prioritization of tasks, while staying well-organized and detail-oriented
?Capable of working in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment, with a variety of personality types
?Good communication skills and planning skills.
?Strong sense of personal responsibility and dedication to the job.
