Major Responsibilities:
1.A/P invoice matching with inventory in Impulse system
2.Monitor the vendor payment on time according to the contract or agreement an
d apply the vendor payment in the online system
3.Payment settlement in Impulse system
4.In charge of the A/P Sub-ledger reconciliation with General-ledger before fi
nancials finalized
5.Prepare the vendor reconciliation on monthly basis
6.Communicate with vendor as well as cross function department if necessary


Requirements:
1.College or above, major in Accounting or Finance
2. Welcome new university graduates)
3.Good command of English & Excel
4.Open minded and good communication skill
