in Boston and Hong Kong, focuses on opportunities in China, with significant i
nvestment amount
Position: Associate, reports to the Managing Partner in China directly

Job description:

Industrial research and analysis of target companies
Target sourcing, screening, site visits arrangements with the target companies

Preparation of research reports and background information for investment pres
entation materials
Financial modeling, project valuation
Due diligence on target companies

Expected credentials:

3+ years related working experience (investment banking, PE/VC, consulting fir
ms etc)
Strong research, M&A, transaction services and due diligence experience.
University and/or masters degree in finance, business, economics or other rel
ated disciplines.
Excellent quantitative skills and numerical ability including outstanding fina
ncial modeling, CFA preferred
Passionate to learning to do deals in the Harvard Business School way
Excellent communication skills both in mother tongue and in English
