We are looking for excellent candidates with great technical and managerial potentials who are willing to start out their career in an international hotel group in Beijing.

Position: Management Trainee (Beijing)

Requirements:

n          Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree or above (majored in Hotel Management will be a plus, but not required)

u       (Applicant with less than 2 years working experiences can also apply)

n          Excellent Mandarin and English skills (written & oral)

n          Willing to work hard and be successful in the hotel industry

n          Leadership and team-oriented

n          Self motivated and proactive

n          Strong capabilities in MS Office package

n          Great company loyalty

As the Management Trainee, you will:

n          Start out your career at the office of the General Manager and get plenty of opportunities to build up direct networks with the management

n          Get competitive compensation package and additional employee benefits in the market

n          Have comprehensive training and chances to grow up to be the management of the company
