Title: Device design engineer

Location: Beijing



Job Description:



Design novel power semiconductor device structure and process to be manufactured with acceptable yields.
Simulate and optimize device performance based on DOE matrix.
Analyze device performance statistically and layout the novel device structure in the Test Vehicle.
Job requirement:



Ms or PhD in EE
Familiar with EDA tools, such as ISE, Cadence, JMP.
Experience in HVMOS, VDMOS and B-C-D is preferred.
Good at English speaking, writing and communication.
Good team work capability.
