职位介绍：
Position is specially designed for 2008 new graduates
Successful candidate will be assigned to Core Operations team of Asia Global
Operations & Quality (GOQ) organization to support Core Operations Leader
in various functions within the Core Operations team.
Below are the key responsibilities:
? Presentations and reports preparation
? Action Register preparation and tracking
? Data collection and analysis
? Strategic and operational planning
In addition to daily operational assignments, on job training as well as
classroom training will be provided in the career development program.
Below are the key development areas that we are offering in the New Grad
Leadership Program:
? Accelerated Learning and Skills Development through focused business education

24 functional courses plus 4 cross functional courses
16 remote Corporate courses
4 face to face Corporate courses (subject to change)
4 mid terms and 4 final exams
? On-the job Experiential Learning:
Multiple Job rotations ~3-4
Development opportunities through stretch objectives/assignments provided
by rotation managers
? Action Learning Projects:
Own It projects
Green Belt training while on the program or commitment to it post program
