POSITION: QUALITY MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Quality Check Management
- Quality Audit Management
SALARY: To define
WORK PLACE:-HUAIRONG, BEIJING
KNOWLEDGE LANGUAGES: Fluent (at least in communication) level on written and oral English skill
AGE: 30-35 years
BACKGROUND: Above bachelor degree, majored in technical studies (prefer mechanic).
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Excellent personal solidity, equilibrium and maturity
- Constructive behaviour
- Good degree of autonomy in the individualization and resolution of the problems
- Team work attitude
PROFESSIONAL CHARACTERISTICS (essential):
Knowledge of:
- Equipments for test, measurement and testing:
As amended use and management of gauge, fixed gauge, comparator, micrometer, altimeter, durometer, etc.
Control of the state of setting and setting of the instruments
- Controls techniques:
As to individualize and to use the appropriate tool to check the variable in question
- Quality certification:
ISO9000 system mastered, auditor certificate will be plus
- Mechanic drawing:
Knowledged skill on Auto-cad operation
- Cycles of standard workmanship related to:
Zinc and aluminium Die casting, molding of thermoplastics
Dust painting
Shearing plate
Coverings on leagues of zinc and aluminium
- Treatment of the materials doesn conform and management of the corrective actions
- Computer application:Word, Excel, Power-point, etc.
OTHER REQUIRIMENTS
Demonstrable experiences: 2-3 years within the control quality, prop man or Engineering.
Available person to daily compare him, with vigor and decision, with the suppliers and the inside productive reality and that he inhale to take on increasing responsibility inside the corporate body.
