Job description
This is a 1 year Fix-term Hire, which rotational based position within IBM China HR functions. Individual will have experiences working in e.g. C&B, Staffing, HR Operation, and BU HR support function in between 3 to 6 month period before moving into a more permanent based position within IBM HR team. Have passion to success,
Is an accountable individual and willing to take responsibilities for what been assigned to him/her.

The Job requires individual to have:
Good communication skill,
Fluent in English both reading and writing,
Mast of basic PC skill.
Any major is welcomed at either graduate or mast degree.
Major in HR or Labor Economics will be plus.
Having experience in Multinational company is preferred.
