should be known as Technology Lab Scientist. It is meant to be a fully technical position specialized in Advance Electronics Materials Technology R&D. The person should be Ph.D. in either Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, etc. with more than 5 years experience in PCB/PCBA industry. Moreover, he/she should be rather established in our industry with a few technical publications in established journals (like Journal of Electronics Materials) related to our industry. In addition, he/she should have knowledge about PCB manufacturing process, PCBA & Lead Free Chemistry, Plastic Injection Molding technology, PCB plating process and defects, etc.
