职位描述/要求:
REPORTS TO:
CS Supervisor
BASIC FUNCTION:
Help P.O . & Forecast system input, maintain the relevant database, track the materials status with FCI Plants and TPLP-DHL/Danzas and Back-up support when CS Supervisor is not available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Based in a local office providing local customers with local customer service
2.work together with Customer service Supervisor and logistics provider to assist the business flow among FCI China Automotive, FCI Plants and logistics provider
3.help customers service supervisor process forecast and P.O. from customers and follow up closely on customers demand of change
4.assist customer service supervisor to build material plan according to customers’ forecasts for material purchase and inventory control
5.assist to coordinate with the FCI plants and logistics provider for product production, product receiving, custom clearance, inventory control and delivering to customers
6.help coordinate to solve logistics-related problems
7.help update on the delivery performance with improvement plan
8.work together with customer service team to maintain a sound relationship with customer and catch “Voice of Customer”
9.Act as a capable back-up when Customer Service Supervisor is not available.
EDUCATION:
College course.
EXPERIENCE:
Not mandatory but preferred if with some experience & basic knowledge of material planning system, material planning, inventory control
SKILL REQUIRED:
English communication in writing & communication and computer applications
PERSONALITY TRAIT:
