As part of SAPs new Strategic Research and Development Team, the solution architect works on Supply Chain Management solution design, which covers customer requirement analysis and solution design.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
*Support designing a new Quality Management software as part of the Supply Chain Management solution
*Analyze therefor the current pain point in today’s Quality Management process
*Propose innovations on Quality Management process to meet the up-to-date customer requirement and transfer this knowledge to software developers
*Business process design and business role definition
*User interface improvement from customer point of view
*Feasibility study and analysis according to the feedback from customers
*Specification, documentation and presentation of Quality Assurance solutions
Requirements:
*University degree or above, focus on Quality Management or Quality Engineering will be an advantage
*Good knowledge of different industries and quality standards (ISO, GMP, APQP, SPC, Six Sigma) is preferred
*Capability and interests in process research and analysis
*Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
