- Involve in Marketing Strategic planning and implement plans;
- Involve in the Communication and Information sharing process across the functional team;
- Work with line manager to establish business objectives, monitoring results and evaluating programs;
- Work with Sports Marketing/Events to help develop plans around assets;
- Establish and maintain strong contacts/relationships with consumer, identifying and leveraging opportunities to strengthen the business;
- Convey Consumer knowledge to the Regional and Global counterparts to ensure China is represented in their thinking and planning.

- Work with category cross-functional teams, go through decision-making process, involved in product demand and supply creation;
- Understand the product, delivery pattern and pricing needs of each key markets, consumers and channels and implement strategic product line plans to achieve revenue and profitability target goals;
- Be the categories expert, spending time in markets, channels and events. Manage style/sku productivity. Create and communicate a vision and seasonal point of view for each category in a way that supports the Brand and maximizes profitability;
- Work with counterparts to craft the vision from line planning to final product distribution.? Act as the category spoke person, prepare and deliver categories presentations. - Build and maintain business relationship with accounts, develop the tactical business plan, manage the account growth, develop and execute the proper product assortment plan, strengthen the resource and procedure of accounts, conduct the seasonal monthly business review with accounts, provide the daily support and solve problems, monitor the credit exposure, track Nike's & key competitors performance of the account;
- Develop new customers and channels via understanding the territory and the trade and make the distribution mapping; increase the current POS productivity; renovate and upgrade stores; select best locations for POS;
- Make regular reports, participate in sales process and organize sell-in activities;
- Analyze business performance; provide suggestions to customers, and make the action plan;
- Provide monthly competitors' information; provide feedback on marketing campaign effects.
Job 006:Graduate Trainee, Retail Ready in 2-3 year:Retail Operation Manager Accountability: |

- Deliver the overall revenue and service targets for all owned Retail Stores. Monitor and optimize performance metrics and KPI's related to sales, revenue, wages, SG&A, shrink and margin;
- Assess the business and work closely with merchandising team to develop merchandising/ product flow plans to support corporate retail initiatives and merchandising standard practices so as to maximize sales;
- Provide leadership to Nike owned Operations by developing and implementing all Retail operating best practices, standards, systems, policies and procedures. Keep up to date on retail trends and best practices and establish processes for continual feedback and process improvement.

Job008:Graduate Trainee, NSC Ready in 2-3 year:Logistic Manager Accountability: |

- Business Operations Strategy and Planning/Develop operations-planning process including budgeting and forecasting activities as part of overall logistics business plan;
- 3PL Partnership Management /Monitor Internal control processes, capacity, productivity performance including capability, cost, service and efficiency. Establish standards and conduct evaluations and audits;
- Inventory Management /Works closely with Sales organization and business units; inventory management initiatives, buy risk analysis and reporting to align/adjust buy changes, harsh inventory and close out movement tracking and target alignment.
