Position: Receptionist (3 months part time)

Duration: May-August

Location: Shanghai

Currently, Monitor has approximately 1,500 professionals working in 30 offices
around the world.

Position Description:
As a receptionist, your initial assignments will mainly focus on:
• Phone pick-up and transfer
• Stationery and courier management
• Logistics for meeting and training
• Office equipment maintenance
• Magazine and newspaper booking
• Cooperation with A-yi for office daily operation
• Other mission assigned by supervisor

To support your growth and development, we offer structured training programs
at the beginning, and more practical on-the-job trainings all through.
Requirements:
• College degree or above
• Proficient in both Chinese and English
• Working experience is preferred, but not a must
• Good communication skill, team-player and customer-oriented
• Able to handle multi-task and work under pressure
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
