Position Title:    Sourcing Project Analyst

Report To:        Sourcing Manager 

Location:        Beijing BDA (Company Shuttle bus offered)

Type of Candidate:  Contractor (Full-time 5 days per week)



Job Description:

Bachelor degree or above, Master of Engineering or MBA preferred.

At least 3 years of solid sourcing experience before

Project management experience needed

Communication and influence skill is required

Experienced in database or document management 

Oral and written English language skill is required

Solid skill for Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint



Qualifications/Requirements:  



·    Sourcing database maintenance

·    Document or Drawing control and administration

·    Contract package management

·    Cooperate between Sourcing and functional team

·    Loan catalogue project support on vendor information collection and summary 

·    Loan item review preparation, including meeting room/attendees/documentation uploading 

·    Spot buy initial search on the web and vendors documents collection
