  1. Campus Channel support:

    • Position Objective

      • Develop new campus channel partners among the key universities nationalwide.

      • Involve in the design of yearly campus promotion program.

      • Carry out yearly campus promotion program in order to achieve testing volume target assigned to campus area.

      • Provide strong support and coordination to campus channel partners for marketing activities.

      • Coach and supervise the job of interns and student unions hired.

      • Be sensitive to the information regarding the industry and competitors.

      • Provide support for testing management when necessary.

    • Requirements

      • Education: Major in English or the relative is preferred.

      • Computers: Must be knowledgeable about personal computers and computer networks; should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.

      • Language: Fluent in both mandarin and English (oral, listening, and written). Minimum TOEIC score of 820 is preferred.

  2. Operation Support, Based in Beijing Office

    • Position Objective:

    This position is major responsible for the TOEIC operations in China area, Include but not limited to answering test takers or clients inquiries, handling applications and registrations, pre-testing preparation, testing administration and after-testing operation etc….

    • Requirements:

      • Computers: Must be knowledgeable about personal computers and computer networks; should have basic proficiency in Windows XP, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Lotus Notes is helpful.

      • Language: Fluency in English, TOEIC score 700 or above is required.

      • Communication skills (oral, listening, and basic written); interpersonal skills; decision making ability; organizational skills; flexibility; knowledge of clients;

      • Personal Attributes: Must display a professional attitude. Must be mature, reliable individual with personal integrity. Must be a good team player, who has an affinity for appreciating different adult learning styles. Clear precise and open communications are required in this role. Strong organizational and decision-making abilities are preferred.
         

  3. Tech Support

    • Position Objective:

    This position is major responsible for office tech support include software development and hardware maintenance. Provide necessary support to test administration operations as listed above when needed.

    • Requirements:

      • Software:1). Be versed in ASP, ASP.net, SQL;  2). Experience of multimedia editor softwares, C, C++, VC++, VB,Oracle,Windows NT/2000 or Unix/Linux;  3). 2+ years experience in software development;

      • Good at network security maintenance and office hardware maintenance,

      • Bachelor/master degree, majoring in computer science, electronics or related.

      • Language: Fluency in English, TOEIC score 700 or above is required.

      • Communication skills (oral, listening, and basic written); interpersonal skills; decision making ability; organizational skills; flexibility; knowledge of clients;

      • Personal Attributes: Must display a professional attitude. Must be mature, reliable individual with personal integrity.   4. Cashier or Accountant Assistant:

    • Position Objective: To assist accountant with the following duties & responsibilities:

      • To enforce financial policies, procedures and related internal control policies

      • To oversee and close monthly accounts and ensure monthly and yearly reporting deadlines are met

      • To manage the payroll administration for all the staff in China

      • To develop and enforce systems, procedures and practices for the smooth running of the division and the Company as a whole

      • To coordinate internal and external audits, yearly tax returns (Income Tax and Business Tax) and other statutory filings in China

      • To do analysis of financial and management reports to assist management to make sound decisions based on available information

      • To supply information or data requested by management or corporate office, i.e. monthly balance sheet details, all supplementary schedules

      • To collect information from different departments and prepare monthly cash flow projections for the region together with bank reconciliations in accordance with procedures of finance department

      • To assist in preparation of the overall budget

      • Other functions assigned by supervisors, such as test administration, etc.
         

    • Requirements

      • A recognized degree from university.

      • Accountant License is required

      • Experience with computer is a must

      • Fluent in English. (TOEIC Score: 600 or Above)

      • Self motivation and looking for continuous improvement in the department

      • Must have "hands-on" management style

      • Team-player with good leadership skills
