Position 1: Industrial Management Trainee (IMT)
# Of Need: 4

Program Objectives
Accelerate the development of tech-savvy young graduates into manufacturing professional individual contributors through a structured program combining rotational assignments, interactive seminars & classroom training

Program Introduction
- Two-year entry-level program with 3 cross-function job rotations
- Run by SABIC Innovative Plastics Great China
- Its the primary pipeline for SABIC Innovative Plastics Greater China Manufacturing professionals

Eligible Requirement
- Fresh graduates from the well-known universities;
- Bachelor or above degree with major in Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical related.
- Excellent academic record and active in social activities or rich intern experience;
- Fluent in English;
- Interested in Manufacturing (Production/Quality/Engineering) work;

Position 2: Technical Management Trainee (TMT)
# of Need: 2

Preferred Majoring in Polymer Science & Tooling Design

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
- 1.5-year entry-level program with 2 rotational assignments in different cities in
mainland China
- Possible assignments include Production, Quality and Technical & Development etc.
- Coaching, mentoring, teamwork, ongoing reviews and defined deliverable 

Candidate Profile:
- Fresh graduates from the well-known universities
- Bachelor or above degree
- Good academic record and active in social activities or rich intern experience
- Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, Japanese and Korean language capability will be a plus

Professional Field: Technical Development/ Service

Position 3: Commercial Management Trainee (CMT)
# of Need: 4

Preferred Majoring in Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
- 2-year entry-level program with 3 eight-month rotational assignments in different
cities in mainland China
- Possible assignments include Sales, Marketing, Customer Center, Supply Chain Management, and Commercial Finance etc.
- Coaching, mentoring, teamwork, ongoing reviews and defined deliverable

Candidate Profile:
- Fresh graduates from the well-known universities
- Bachelor or above degree
- Good academic record and active in social activities or rich intern experience
- Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, Japanese and Korean language capability will be a plus
