Operations Analyst （作业分析师）

Objective / Purpose of the Job

Drive service quality control and develop operation procedures on depot leve

l

Major Responsibilities

1.      Reporting and analysis of depot OPS KPI and service quality improvement

2.      Monitor and review major KPIs to identify areas for improvement on depot 

level

3.      Operation process analysis and re-engineering for improvement

4.      Gather various data and run different reports for in-depth analysis

5.      Assist Ground Service Operation Manager in operations procedure and polic

y draft and review

6.      Collect information about best practice and model depot to indicate gap n

eed to be bridged through corrective actions.

7.      Organize basic training and development for depot new hires

8.      Project management

9.      Conduct regular internal operation processing and procedure audit on depo

t level

10.     Monitoring the agreed action plan effectiveness and seek for more improv

ement

11.     Safety and Security management for depot operation

12.     Assist Ground Service manager for new network development

13.     Training material preparation is required

Major Requirements

1.      Bachelor Degree Holder

2.      Basic knowledge of the Transport industry and Operations management conce

pt

3.      Business knowledge

4.      Demonstrated analytical skills

5.      Good Communication skill, fluent in English and Mandarin

6.      Proficiency in MS office, EXCEL, ACCESS, WORD, PowerPoint as well as SAS/

Visio

7.      Writing, translation and presentation skills, both in Chinese and English



8.      Problem-solving and Decision-making
