Microsoft GCR Customer Service and Support (CSS) is looking for interns with e
xperience in web development, and a good understanding of Internet Technologie
s such as HTML, CSS.

Primary job functions include, but not limited to the following:

Design and maintain web pages on Microsoft Support website
Revise large batches of Microsoft Knowledge Base articles or o
ther technical content
Accurately track progress of multiple lists of tasks

Required competencies, education, and experience include:

*Experience with HTML/CSS programming, and ASP.NET
*Excellent written communication skills in English
*Passion for quality
*Cross-group collaboration
*Customer-focused innovation
*Attention to detail
*Able to work 3.5+ days a week
*Location: Metro Tower (徐家汇美罗大厦)
