seeking for Customer Service Coordinator interns from leading universities in
ShangHai to join us.
Customer Service Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Receive initial incoming phone call, email and web requests from customers requiring assistance with Aqualogic User Interaction (ALUI) and Aqualogic Business Process Management (ALBPM) Software
• Determine entitlement of support for reporting customer via the CRM tool
• Translate customer correspondence from local language into English for storing into CRM tool
• Assess information being reported by customer to open an incident in the appropriate manner with regard to subject, product area, criticality and routing to the support team for further handling
• Create fully detailed incident in the CRM tool and route issue to appropriate resource based on assessment of the issue
• Monitor incident levels of all support team members and assist in managing to appropriate levels
• Advise reporting customer of incident number and routing upon completion of these tasks
• Handles password resets, software download issues and basic troubleshooting as necessary
• Provide order fulfillment for certain customer software requirements
• Generate and supply software keys to customers as determined by entitlement and need
• Assist in maintaining quality of installed base and customer contact information in the CRM tool
• Handles reporting for Technical Support metrics
• All other tasks deemed appropriate and necessary by management
Qualifications:
• ENGLIGH - Excellent written and verbal communications skills a must
• MANDARIN - Excellent written and verbal communications skills a must
• Cheerful customer orientation in all aspects of job execution a must
• Some experience interacting with external customers in a support role
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus (Siebel preferred)
• Work experience on Windows workstations
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook and MS office tools
• Some technical background is a big plus but not required
• Have well responsibility and Continuously work at least 6 months
