招聘淡季马上要过去了，Marvell video system R&D部门的一个老大(我老板)
9月中旬来上海一趟，想在这里看看还有没有合适的朋友加入我们。

注明：
0. 可以在简历的开头部位就告诉我们说你大概比较专长哪些方面，比如video codec,
audio codec, DVD player, Linux kernel, OS arch, Driver, Filesystem，UI等。
简历不需要做得漂亮，在项目/经验描述部分写得越长越好，我们会仔细看，其他方面的
信息我们可能不会去仔细看。
1. 简历建议使用pdf或者txt格式。
2. 英文简历文件名字格式如下：Yufeng-Zheng.pdf[txt]，即名字\-姓\.pdf[txt]
3. 中文简历可以不要。但如果没有英文简历,中文简历请取名为：姓名\.pdf[txt]
4. 我们部门的面试一般都是工程师和你直接技术交流，所以非常建议你把项目经验
等实际内容放在简历显眼的位置。面试(包括电话面试)合适的直接向老大推荐，老大
觉得你可以就会安排时间和你谈。效率据我了解比很多外企都高和直接。
5. 当然我们部门对应试者的要求也比较严格，我听说老大的要求(没确切证实)是只有
水平高于我们目前队伍的平均水平才可以。
6. 另外强调一点，Marvell不同于其他很多外企，可以说我们在上海的部门做的就是
video system中最核心部分之一。公司很open，同事很牛，队伍氛围非常出色，老大
很nice，我觉得他和我的以前的导师差不多nice，呵呵。相信每个来这里做技术的人
都不会虚此一行，对我个人来说，Marvell和我们部门都是我至今一直非常自豪和庆幸
的正确选择。我一直把我们队伍氛围比作学校的实验室，但在技术上，我能学到很多
我在实验室都学不到的东西，一句话：Marvell向我开放的技术和这里的同事足够我
学习很多年。

Responsibilities
