EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Understand SAP’s development environment and related technologies and have detailed technical understanding in the subject area
Provide professional solution to customer based on SAP products
Perform detailed business analysis and/or detailed development and/or technical implementation/support with all documentation, testing, production preparation and go-live aspects.
Delivers business/software/technical detailed documentation design and realization
Assess accurately, the time required completing tasks
Escalate issues well in advance and suggest alternative approaches
Work closely with other SAP Innovative Business Solutions team members, SAP development teams, external partners and customer teams to ensure successful delivery of development work packages on time, on budget, per quality standards and per the customer’s requirements
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Graduated with bachelor degree or master degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics
0 - 2 years of SAP technology experience in business and technical processes
Knowledge of lean development infrastructure process including Git, Jenkins etc. and exposure to Continuous Delivery practices
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in designing and delivering SAP solutions
Experience in executing geographically distributed projects and working with culturally diverse work-groups
Passionate for Software Development related task
Highly self-directing, self-disciplined and self-motivated individual with positive work attitude striving for excellence
Good verbal, written and presentation communication skills
