Job Summary
-Interface between the customers and Bosch for Active Safety product (ESP).
-Support all technical issues in Geely.
Job Responsibilities
-On-site technical support for ESP and Iboost in Geely.
-Clarify customer inquiry for technical solution.
-Trouble shooting on-site for the issues during development and field issue.
-Perform on-site software testing (DIT,CYS,SVT and DVT).
-Investigate issues happened on customer side and do first analysis.
-Summary issue information and communicate with the internal team to make issue clear and give customer feedback our plan for next step.
-Support project team on sample handing, track project status, and coordinate technical and timing issues
