Roles & Responsibilities
Under the direction of a Program Management Supervisor:

-Co-ordinate with cross functional teams in delivery of new programs.

-Communicate and drive the execution of program directions in cross functional teams.

-Support development of a program timing plan, monitor workflow, and ensure program deliverables are met.
支持制定项目时间计划，管控工作流，确保项目交付物的完成
-Effectively identify, assess, prioritize and manage program risks and appropriate escalation of issues.
及时有效的发现、评估项目执行过程中的风险，并合理划分优先级。寻求适合的问题反馈渠道
-Support program reviews/Product Franchise Room discussion to ensure inputs is maintained correctly and up-to-date.
支持项目评审/产品作战室的讨论，确保信息及时准确
-Write and report program status to support decision making.
撰写及报告项目状态，以支持项目决策
Qualifications & Skills Required
-Master Degree, major in Engineering or Business related
硕士，工程或管理相关专业
-Fluent in both oral and written English
英文口语、书写流利
-Good usage of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
熟练操作Excel， Powerpoint，Word等办公软件
-Functional/Technical Knowledge and Skills

-Good knowledge of Automotive Engineering
