- 为亚洲的迪卡侬用户,提供专业高效的IT技术支持;

您的主要责任:

- 作为第一层技术支持,主要通过电话解决亚洲用户的技术故障,处理用户对IT产品和服务的意见和需求;

- 同其他IT部门合作,给予团队成员技术支持,编写并整理技术文档,定期举行例会、并进行绩效分析;

- 能适应弹性工作时间;

您需要拥有:

- 大学在校生,大四生优先考虑;

- 流利的英文口语和书面表达能力,良好的沟通技巧;

- 具备高度的责任心和敬业精神,良好的团队合作精神;

- 具备快速的学习能力与适应能力;

- 有过外资公司工作经验者更佳;

Helpdesk Technical Support - Asian IT Headquarters

If you are:

- Sports Fan, who like and enjoy sport, even though not professional;

- IT Enthusiast, who like IT technology, even though not expert;

- Curious Geek, who has strong self-study and like working in the fast changing environment;

Please pay close attention IT Department in Decathlon, French sports company.

Your challenges:

- provide professional and efficient IT technical support for Decathlon users in Asia;

- help your team establish a good relationship and mutual trust with users in Decathlon;

- continue to accept new ideas and facilitate us rapid growth;

- become a leader with personal example and action-oriented;

Your responsibilities:

- as 1st line technical support, to resolve IT incidents for all of users in Asia via phone, and process any user requests about IT product and service;

- collaborate with the other IT teams in Asia, support and help teammates on technical improvements, and responsible for documentations, reportings and KPI analysis;

- can adapt flexible working-shift;

If you are qualified with below requirements:

- university students, seniors priority;

- smooth communication by fluent oral and written English;

- own strong responsibility and professionalism with good team spirit;

-quick learner and high adaptability;

- plus experience of working in the international company;
