Supply Chain Rotation Program (SCRP)
The Supply Chain Rotation Program (SCRP)is a development rotational program designed to broaden your businessacumen, cross-team expertise and critical professional skills in Supply Chain. Asa new employee to Dow,SCRPpresentsa perfect platform to set the foundation for a successful career with thecompany.
A Dow leader will place you in two job assignments withinSupply Chain, including Dow Logistics, Business Supply Chain and Supply ChainExpertise Center. You will spend approximately twelve months in each jobassignment, learning best practices and processes that will help you develop criticalfunctional and leadership competencies. One or more senior Dow leaders willserve as mentors to guide you along the way.
On top of your job assignments, you will be given specialprojects or initiatives, to complement your in-depth functional development.These special projects or initiatives will provide you invaluable learning andnetworking opportunities with senior leaders in Dow’s Supply Chain and otherfunctions/businesses.
SCRP isdesigned to build future leader potentials for Supply Chain. You will beexpected to perform at levels beyond your peers, at an accelerated phase of learningand development.
TheSCRP offers aholistic and intense approach to functional expertise and professionaldevelopment:
Communication– regular, structured contact with senior leaders from multiple functionsand peer groups.
Network and Mentoring– senior leader assigned as mentor for each assignment, providingparticipants with an initial network to help ensure success in the program andoffer guidance and support throughout their career.SCRPcandidates will have access to business and peer networks.
Performance Management–leverage company performance management system; apply intensively withmulti-leader involvement on a project-by-project basis to provide promptassessment and feedback and identification of development needs.
Employee Development andTraining– tailor-made Personal Learning Plan (PLP)covers general company orientation as well and specific business and functionaltraining driven by project schedule.
Graduation from Supply Chain Rotation Program-
At the end of the program, you will havegained exposure to different types of work within Supply Chain, expanded yourskills and developed professionally. You will then be placed in a careerposition based on your performance, skills, career interest and Dow’s businessneeds. Personalized mentoring and career development support will beconsistently offered from Dow senior leaders throughout the first year after deployment.

We are looking for new graduates withbackground in Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, BusinessAdministration, International Trade, and Economics.
Dow seeks mobile-minded strategic thinkersand tactical implementers with a demonstrated outstanding work ethic and strongproblem solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
You must possess excellent leadershipcharacteristics, high initiative and quick learning skills.
An international perspective is required, andability to work in a global team environment is critical.
