a superior location in the financial district opposite The Bund, and
standards of luxury and

service that renowned throughout Asia.

With this mail I present you the Corporate Trainee "CT" Development Program
in our Pudong Shangri-

La.It aims at developing a newly hired graduate to a level 3 - Service
Manager Through a 18 months

program.With the road map, the qualified candidate will be assigned to
operation department in the

beginning stage and groomed up to Management Level in a fast track.


Minimum Qualification:



- For Operational Divisions : 3- year diploma education or its
equivalent. However, Bachelor

’s degree or its equivalent will be an advantage. Outstanding candidates
in other disciplines may

also be considered.


- For HR, Finance and Marketing Divisions : Bachelor’s degree or
its equivalent.

Outstanding candidates in other discipline may also be considered.


- Previous working experience in Hospitality business environment is
highly desirable.


- English fluency (both oral and written)
